Our individual and semi-private training programs are led by our excellent training staff. We have multiple training options available – choose the program that’s best suited for your goals, schedule and budget.
Our top-of-the-line service is a customized 25 or 50-minute session with a personal trainer. We’ll match your personality, workout style, fitness, and wellbeing goals with the right trainer/coach to ensure you get results. Our semi-private training sessions have a max 4:1 client/trainer ratio to ensure everyone gets the attention they need. Don’t have a group? We’ll find one for you!
