Training sessions take place in any one of our three fantastic training rooms so you get the full advantage of our great workout space and state-of-the-art equipment. We have multiple training options available – choose the program that’s best suited for your goals, schedule and budget.

Are you looking for the encouragement and camaraderie of training with a group or like the idea of a high-quality session at a lower price point? If so, semi-private training is for you. Our semi-private training sessions have a max 4:1 client/trainer ratio to ensure everyone gets the attention they need. Don’t have a group? We’ll find one for you!
