Our individual and group training programs are led by our excellent training staff. Training sessions take place in any one of our three fantastic training rooms so you get the full advantage of our great workout space and state-of-the-art equipment. We have multiple training options available – choose the program that’s best suited for your goals, schedule and budget.

We’ll match your personality, workout style, fitness, and wellbeing goals with the right trainer/coach to ensure you get results. Are you looking for the encouragement and camaraderie of training with a group or like the idea of a high-quality session at a lower price point? If so, semi-private training is for you. Our semi-private training sessions have a max 4:1 client/trainer ratio to ensure everyone gets the attention they need. Don’t have a group? We’ll find one for you!
Group Fitness Training
If you’re the kind of person who likes to get a good deal and/or are looking to make some new fitness friends, try one of our group fitness training sessions. Group training is not only a great value, but also our most flexible option. Group training is limited to 10 persons to ensure you get the attention you deserve. We have a variety of classes available 7 days a week from early morning into the evening.
