Personal Training

We are excited to offer 1:1 training tailored towards your fitness needs. Our trainers are committed to getting great outcomes by personalizing their training for you. Note: two of our trainers offer specialized training sessions. Nate Moore trains MMA and Self-Defense and is only available for 50-minute sessions. Tony Johnson trains boxing and is only available for 50-minute sessions. Please make sure that you select the 50-minute session option when choosing training with either of these two trainers. All other Trilogy trainers offer both 30-minute and 50-minute fitness training sessions.
